MINI Cooper S Supercharger repair kit for water pump drive with PTO gears. Perfect plug and play solution if your PTO gears, shaft, bearings and seals have failed (see last photo). You will need a good PTO shaft so make sure yours is still ok.

PTO Gears in great condition. New NSK end plate ball bearing. Your machine shop should determine if this bearing can be replaced. New INA main case needle bearing for PTO shaft. New National Viton rotor lobe oil seal.

If this seal fails your PTO cavity will run dry. New National end plate/PTO shaft oil seal. New water pump Viton O-ring. New coolant flange to block Viton O-ring.
